Duties of Office-Bearers
Pillar: Leadership & GovernanceThe forum's executive committee is elected democratically to serve member interests with integrity and diligence.
Chairperson
Presides over all executive and general meetings, represents the Forum in public and institutional engagements, signs official minutes, co-authorizes financial payments, and sits ex-officio on all portfolio committees.
Deputy Chairperson
Assumes the full responsibilities and authority of the Chair in their absence, and assists in coordinating special initiatives and strategic portfolio assignments.
Secretary General
Manages all organizational records, official correspondence, and member registers; ensures statutory compliance and constitutional adherence across all proceedings.
Deputy Secretary
Assists the Secretary General and acts in their capacity during absence, ensuring unbroken administrative continuity.
Treasurer
Supervises all financial accounts, oversees member subscriptions, prepares transparent financial reports, and acts as co-signatory for forum disbursements.
Deputy Treasurer
Supports the Treasurer and discharges treasury functions whenever the Treasurer is unavailable.
