Banking & Signatory Controls
All forum accounts are held with registered commercial financial institutions. Every transaction and withdrawal requires dual authorization by designated office-bearers (Treasurer and Chairperson).
Subscription Policy & Allocation
While registering an account on our digital platform is free for limited access, official voting membership requires formal registration and an annual membership fee of R500 for standard members. Subscriptions must be renewed annually to maintain "member in good standing" status and voting eligibility at the AGM. Specialized corporate packages are also available for institutions and established corporations investing in regional enterprise development and supplier diversity. All subscription proceeds directly fund member masterclasses, legal advocacy, digital tools, and local trade delegations.
Independent Annual Audit
Books of account are reviewed by independent accounting practitioners annually, with full financial reports tabled before the general membership at the AGM.
